Aventura Penthouse
This “record setting” Aventura Penthouse represents our first complete renovation project. We hired DIDA Home, an award-winning, high-end interior design firm in Miami, to transform a dated Penthouse into an ultra luxury modern marvel. Everything is new and the result speaks for itself.
No expense was spared from the Italian marble floors and bathrooms to the genuine walnut kitchen. European Oak floors spread from the Master Bedroom into the Master Bath. A wall was opened to create an open living space with a marble waterfall island. Top-notch appliances, fixtures, and electric blinds for every window craft a rich experience. Sustainable redwood art, coffee tables, and decor provide an earthy touch to a minimalist experience.
Of course, we had a little fun by encasing Elon Musk’s “Flamethrower” from The Boring Company by the foyer. We call it art, some call it security for a Zombie Apocalypse.
This Penthouse was sold in October 2021 for $507/PSF, compared to the building average of $237/PSF. On a PSF basis, this marked a new Record for The Landmark in Aventura, FL.
