JAMES BENNETT - FOUNDER & CEO

James Bennett is a former Tesla Energy Advisor turned Real Estate Developer with a vision to incorporate sustainable building innovations and Tesla Energy products in new development construction projects. After working for over two years at Tesla in three different sales roles and being recognized nationally as a top seller, James decided to start a sustainable development company in 2018 in line with the environmental values Tesla instilled in him. He’s also an accomplished REALTOR® at Brokers LLC, with over $57 Million in Sales Transactions.

James’ background prior to Tesla was in the consulting and management realm. He worked for Bain & Company in Stockholm, Sweden for three years as an international consultant with a consortium of projects spanning markets from Europe to Asia Pacific. James also worked for Winoa Steel in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg for three years as a Director on the Board of Directors, where he oversaw the restructuring and resurgence of a large multinational corporation.

Our CEO’s unique experience with Tesla, Bain & Company, Winoa, and in Real Estate Sales, allow him to bring a multitude of perspectives as a Developer in the emerging field of sustainable real estate development. James is currently the Sales & Development Executive for Loweth Luxury Properties, LLC and is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Florida with Brokers LLC. He recently joined Granby Capital Management, LLC in 2023 as Vice President. James graduated with Honors from Lehigh University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Earth & Environmental Science.

JUSTIN MACHART - DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Justin Machart is a former international runway model turned licensed REALTOR® in the state of Florida with Global Luxury Realty. Justin’s career took him around the world, where he grew to love and appreciate the many people and cultures of the world.

New York Fashion Week - Los Angeles Fashion Week - the Cannes Film Festival in France. Walking runways around the world left Justin with two core values: professionalism and the art of presentation.

Following the completion of his real estate license, Justin relocated to Miami, Florida in 2020. Born and raised in rural Montana, he understands the value of honesty, integrity, and hard work. To his credit, hard work pays off; he’s successfully taken on clients in the most competitive real estate market in the United States: South Florida.

At Bennett Development, Justin works directly with the CEO as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. He also assists with interior design selections and finishes on site. Justin diligently handles our social media presence, marketing, media, and accounting/expense reports. Justin brings an eye for detail, creative prowess, and social media finesse to our platform. We’re thankful to have him onboard, wholeheartedly embracing our mission.
